Return & Refund Policy

At GachhMela, we offer a 3-day return policy applicable only in cases of damaged plants or incorrect plants delivered. Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, improper care after delivery, or natural plant variations.
